WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY DELIVERY?
Please allow for 1 business day for your order to be fulfilled. All orders are fulfilled on business days only. Orders are not dispatched on weekends or Irish bank holidays. Orders are shipped from Limerick, Ireland, and typically delivered within 1-2 days of your order being placed. Please note that Corioliss Ireland has no control over actual delivery times, so please bear in mind that delivery may take longer during busy seasonal periods, and may be delayed due to reasons out of our control.
When you receive your item, please keep the documents that come in the packaging; this is your warranty.
Tracking
Once your order is prepared & dispatched, we will send you a tracking number via email. Please note that once the items have been dispatched, orders cannot be cancelled or amended in any way. If you wish to make any changes to your order, you will need to contact the courier service directly. We have no control over the specific dates and times of the delivery, it will depend on the courier service delivering your order. On the day of delivery, you will receive a pre-alert text message with your delivery hour window. We provide couriers with the delivery address & phone number supplied by you when ordering. If there is any issue with delivery, or if they require further directions, they will contact you directly. If nobody is at home, the next steps will be decided by the courier; they may leave it with a neighbor, in a safe place, or re-attempt delivery on the next working day.
RETURNS and Exchange
In accordance with EU Directive 2011/83/EU on consumer rights, customers have the right to return or exchange a product within 14 calendar days of receipt. If a customer wishes to exercise this right, they must inform us of their decision to return the product and must return the product to us in its original, unused condition, along with the original invoice and product manual. Upon receipt of the returned product, we will exchange it or issue a refund for the full purchase price to the customer within 14 calendar days.
If the product is found to be defective or damaged, we will replace it with an identical or similar product at no additional cost to the customer.
Please note that for hygiene reasons, returns of certain items may not be accepted. Additionally, if the product is damaged during transportation, please contact us immediately and provide the order number along with a description of the issue.
In the case of a return of exchange for any other reason, the customer will be responsible for the cost of return shipping. Products being returned must include the warranty document that came with the item. To initiate a return or exchange, please contact us and provide the order number. By making a purchase, the customer agrees to the terms outlined in this return policy.

Important information: The warranty document will be inside the booklet that comes with your product. Please keep this document, as this will be the only way we can assist you with any returns or exchanges.
The warranty of any of the products distributed by CORIOLISS may be voided by any of the following circumstances:
Incorrect use, handling or maintenance by the customer of the purchased product.
Incorrect repair, modification or extension by the customer of a product.
Deterioration, removal or concealment, by the customer, of the manufacturer's identification label. In other words, any damaged material without packaging or with obvious signs of improper handling will not be accepted.
Damage caused by accidental breakage.
WARRANTY FOR HOT HAIR STYLING TOOLS.
This warranty ("Warranty") is provided by Corioliss Ireland, for hot hair styling tools including but not limited to hair straighteners, blow dryers, hair curlers, clippers, trimmers, and shavers ("Products").
Duration of Warranty: This Warranty is valid for a period of two years from the date of purchase for tools used in domestic settings. For tools purchased for professional environments, the warranty is valid for one year.
Coverage: Corioliss warrants that the Products are free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and service conditions. This Warranty covers: * Repair or replacement of any defective parts or components. * Labour and service charges required for warranty repairs.
Exclusions: This Warranty does not cover:
* Damage resulting from improper use, misuse, neglect, or accidental damage of the Products.
* Damage caused by unauthorized repair or modification.
* Normal wear and tear.
* Products which are not cleaned regularly.
* Products that have been subjected to abnormal conditions or environmental factors.
Claim Process: To make a claim under this Warranty, the customer must:
* Contact Corioliss Customer Service at info@corioliss.ie to initiate the warranty claim.
* Provide proof of purchase, including date and location of purchase.
* Describe the nature of the issue or defect.
* In the event that the Corioliss customer service team does authorise a return, proof of purchase and the warranty document must also be included in the parcel. If these documents are not provided, Corioliss will not open a claim.
Resolution: Corioliss will, at its discretion, either repair or replace the product if it is found to be defective. If replacement is necessary and the exact Product is no longer available, Corioliss reserves the right to provide a similar product of equal value.
Limitation of Liability: To the extent permitted by law, Corioliss shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of the use or inability to use the Products covered by this Warranty. If the product is found to be damaged or misused, or in a condition not covered by warranty, Corioliss will not provide a replacement or refund.
Governing Law: This Warranty shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ireland and the European Union.
Miscellaneous: This Warranty constitutes the entire agreement between the parties and supersedes all prior agreements or understandings, whether written or oral.
By accepting this Warranty, the customer acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to its terms and conditions.
